Week 1

This weeks objectives: 

Review, refresh, and/or restructure your stance. Your stance should allow you to do one thing really well, skating. We want to structure our stance to help us develop our skating in hopes we beat pucks on our feet vs sliding. 

Please review: your stance in our 101 section. 

We will also focus on lateral movement

Please review : Shuffle, t-push, good ice vs bad ice, and Push pull reset in the 101 module.

Bonus off-ice focus
