For a refresher: Please review “Good ice shuffle drill” in our drill vault if you need additional work on our lateral movement and stance. Feel free to add in a t-push into this drill to add a little more complex movement. 

This weeks objectives

Review, refresh, and/or restructure your butterfly. Much like our stance, our butterfly relies on good balance and stability to function properly. A lot of the same principles apply to our butterfly as it did our stance. As we go through our progressions you’ll notice a lot of repeating ideas and terminology.
