Good Ice Shuffle Drill

Every time we move, we break it into three parts. Every movement we make, we always push we always pull that back leg underneath us and we always reset ourselves.

In this drill, isolate your upper body, keep those hands up, and keep in your ready position. Remember to keep knees bent and low, and the elbows in with our hands out in front of us. With every movement, we push and pull and get set. Every time we move, remember to pull that back leg underneath us.
